WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Comfortable clothing, water, a yoga mat if you have it (some will be provided if not), and most importantly, an open heart.

DO I NEED TO HAVE DONE YOGA BEFORE?

Accepted Answer

NO. It will be a gentle class, suitable for all levels, even beginners and accommodating for any injuries or limitations to movement with suggested variations.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINK?

We recommend you bring your own water for the class. And after the class ends, you are welcome to join us to continue the connection over a cup of tea, coffee or lunch in the Love Shack cafe. Each person to cover the costs of what they order.

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?

If you think this will resonate with and be a meaningful experience for your teen, then please bring them along. We recommend under 16s are accompanied by an adult. We believe that younger than teens may find the activities won't be their bag and there's a risk they might be bored.

WILL IT GET POLITICAL?

Accepted Answer

The prime focus of the class is to promote compassion, connection and peace. Politics won't be discussed in the class. Meaningful action will have its own meaning to each individual.

DO ALL TICKET PROCEEDS TO GO THE CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS?

Accepted Answer

YES. The organisers are covering the Eventbrite fees and all other costs related to organising the event, so that 100% of the ticket price you pay goes to Al Jawad Camp and MAP (Medical Aid for Palestinians) divided equally between the two.

Railway Arches 297-299 Cambridge Heath Road, London - E2 9HA. Public transport will likely be your best bet, unless you're lucky enough to live walking or cycling distance.
