'Turn upside down, and learn how to live right side up!'
Flip your perspective on life in this workshop where we will turn upside down and inside out!
This will be a fun, joyful afternoon where you are encouraged to get playful and find your inner child. There will be a focus on inversions for beginners but those who have already developed a love for life upside down will be equally challenged! There will be a fun inversion flow practice, followed by some partner work and use of props and the wall to find support, along with a few extra surprises! Let's lighten the load and enjoy making some space to find laughter and happiness in our lives.
A little more about your instructor...
Amanda is a Yoga Instructor from New Zealand with a passion for moving her body and living each moment in a mindful, aware state. She constantly seeks to encompass this way of living on, and off her yoga mat. She is a firm believer that your practice can reflect upon your time outside of the studio and inspire how you approach your everyday life. Amanda loves to share this love of yoga as a practice and a lifestyle with you.
Amanda completed her Diploma in Yoga at Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in Auckland and since then she has done many other workshops and teacher trainings across the globe. She loves to keep learning and developing as an instructor, so she can strengthen her knowledge and practice and inspire and grow her students.
Amanda's classes are always fun, whether they are strong and dynamic, or slow and restorative. They are often set to an inspiring playlist that takes you on a journey from start to finish, complements the class and uplifts your practice. Amanda has a fun and friendly approach to teaching, she loves to encourage people to push their boundaries and achieve things they didn't think they necessarily could, this applies to what they do on and off the mat. She wants to see the yoga spark ignited in YOU!
