Description
Whether experiencing thyroid issues or irregular menstrual cycles, currently trying to conceive, feeling out of balance after childbirth or riding the emotional rollercoaster of perimenopause, you will benefit from this workshop, specially designed for women struggling to balance their endocrine system.
After a look at our anatomy and the dynamics at play in our body, we will study a sequence of asanas, breathing techniques, mudras (=gestures) and relaxation suitable for most conditions related to women’s health, pointing out adaptations for different needs.
After the workshop you will receive a file to help you with your home practice.
Suitable for all women except pregnant ladies.
Susanne Haegele’s special experience in this field is based on the Brazilian ‘Hormone Yoga’ method and on the Birthlight Wellwoman course.
