About this Event
The Hatha Yoga class for men will guide you into conscious breathing, mind and body awareness. Achieving this by going through simple body movements that will physically prepare your body to practice basic asanas (exercises) that will improve your flexibility and mobility, build muscle strength and stamina, and improve your posture. Leading to a final relaxation where you will take a moment to completely be with yourself whilst allowing your body to recover.

About the class
The class is designed for absolute beginners. Those who wants to give Yoga another try and those with some yoga experience that believes would feel more comfortable in a male only class are also welcome.
It runs for 10 weeks, you can book the full 10 weeks for £95 or a block of 5 weeks for £55 . The class are going to happen the following dates:

About the venue
The Beetroot Sauvage is just 15-20 minutes walk from the centre of Edinburghs, easy to get in by bus. There is also free car park and bike racks if you’re driving or cycling. The underfloor heated studio is bright, spacious and and yoga mat and props are provided.
About Me
I am Reggie, and I practiced Yoga for the first time eight years ago as an alternative fitness class, alongside my work out routine in a gym back home in Brazil. Now I am a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher, formed at Active IQ Level 3 in Yoga by the EnergyWise Academy
