Description
Whatever your shape or physical fitness, yoga offers greater physical ease, flexibility and strength; it offers us peace of mind, inner freedom, wellbeing and happiness.
I draw on yoga from a range of tradition: you can expect well-sequenced hatha yoga with clear, step-wise instruction and focus on healthy alignment, mindful movement and connection to the breath with plenty of time for a deep, final relaxation.
We’ll build gently to develop skills and confidence in a fun, supportive and affirming atmosphere. Classes include instruction and modification for a range of levels, beginners welcome.
Come along to enjoy the benefits of yoga with a fully qualified British Wheel teacher.
When: Monday 19.15 -20.45 pm.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothes so that you can move and stretch.
Bring water if you need it and a shawl or blanket for relaxation.
Mats available or bring your own.
