Description

Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a 'just for fun' runner, training for your first 5k or just get started on your fitness journey, recovery is a key element. Although this workshop has a focus on physical recovery, you will also discover that taking a mental break or rest is also of vital importance, your mental state plays a huge part in the recovery process.

This workshop is designed to help you understand and practice different elements of recovery. We will have a focus on those who take part in active pursuits; running, cycling and walking however anyone is welcome. This workshop is not suitable for elderly/less mobile as we will be largely floor/mat based.

You will also enjoy an amazing nourishing lunch from The Yoga Kitchen. Lunch will be vegan/vegetarian with options for gluten free/allergies.
