Do you suffer from stress? Do you find you get lots of aches and pains because you spend too much time sitting at your desk? Then come along and try a yoga session. You will learn how to do some simple stretches, increase your flexibility, improve your posture and breathing and look after any weak areas. This session will last for 1 and a half hours and will be suitable for a complete beginner. You will need to bring a mat and wear suitable loose fitting clothing that you can move in easily such as tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt. The session will be conducted in bare feet.
