Do I need to have done yoga before?

Not at all! This class is open to everyone – whether you're brand new to yoga or coming back to your mat after a break. Everything is guided step by step, with plenty of options to suit your body.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in – leggings, joggers, or anything soft and easy to breathe in. Layers are a good idea, especially for relaxation at the end.

Question 3

What should I bring?

A bottle of water

A blanket for warmth and comfort during the final relaxation

A yoga mat if you have one – if not, no worries, I have mats you can borrow!

What kind of yoga is this?

This is a Hatha yoga class, with a focus on breath, stretching, releasing tension, and calming the mind and body. It’s slow, accessible, and designed to leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and more at ease.

Who’s the teacher?

I'm Esther – a yoga teacher since 2014, with training in traditional Hatha yoga and embodied practices. I’m all about creating a supportive space where you can listen to your body and move in a way that feels good.

What if I can’t do all the poses?

Accepted Answer

That’s totally okay. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and rest whenever you need. Yoga isn’t about forcing or performing – it’s about meeting yourself where you are, and honouring what you need each time you step on the mat.

What’s your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the class. If something comes up after that, you're welcome to switch your booking to another date (subject to availability). Just get in touch and we’ll sort it out – life happens!
