Description

1 hour of yoga for runners, a focused session on bringing back balance, alignment and stability. Increased awareness of your whole body.

Runners know how to work out, this is a work in, a reminder that to run well you need to feel good about your body, your breath and your mind. Run with the same focus as meditation. You will run quicker, reduce injury and generally feel more open and at ease with yourself.

I have been coaching runners for 12 years from Olympic standard to right across the age range and demongraph. I have been a yoga practitioner for 20 years and now a teacher.

Running club:-

Join me for a wee tootle from Di Meo shack to the light house at 9:30, we run down the beach or along the top if the tide is in and back to the yoga station.

What can I bring into the event?

You, the running is light and easy, it is not meant to be a hard training session, just a nice easy way into the morning followed by some light yoga at the station.
