Description

1 hour of yoga specifically for runners, a focused session on bringing back balance, alignment and stability. Increased awareness of your whole body.

Runners know how to work out, this is a work in, a reminder that to run well you need to feel good about your body, your breath and your mind. Run with the same focus as meditation. You will run quicker, reduce injury and generally feel more open and at ease with yourself.

I have been coaching runners for 12 years from Olympic standard to right across the age range and demongraph. I have been a yoga practitioner for 20 years and now a teacher.
