About this Event

COVID precautions.

The studio will be marked out so folks can be at least 1.5m apart, there is space for more than 8 but I have chosen to minimise the risk even more. You will need to bring your own mat/blanket/strap with you. There will be hand santiser at the studio to use before and after the session. Doors will be open to allow a draft so please wear warm easy to wear clothing. You will need to wait outside the studio door and you will enter 1 at a time filling the space from the back of the studio. Exiting the studio will be the reverse of this process. You can wear a mask if you want to, not an issue. Please do not attend if you feel unwell, have a cold/cough etc.

apologies, facebook is not syncing well with eventbrite these are times and details not the FB event information.

1 hour of yoga specifically for runners, a focused session on bringing back balance, alignment and stability. Increased awareness of your whole body.

Runners know how to work out, this is a work in, a reminder that to run well you need to feel good about your body, your breath and your mind. Run with the same focus as meditation. You will run quicker, reduce injury and generally feel more open and at ease with yourself.

I have been coaching runners for 12 years from Olympic standard to right across the age range and demongraph. I have been a yoga practitioner for 20 years and now a teacher.
