We all know how hard it is to keep up a fitness routine during the festive holiday and this means that we usually are not in shape to get the most of our holiday on the snow.

We all know that feeling on the second morning of a mountain holiday when the body aches and we wished we had stretched a little the night before (and maybe done a little more pre holiday training).

Whether you are getting ready for your first ski or snowboard holiday or looking to go steeper and deeper this workshop for you if you want to improve performance, avoid injury, enhance stamina and have more fun on the mountain this season.

- Simple pre season training techniques that you will be able to sustain through the festive season

- Daily pre-snow stretches to warm you up and prevent injury on the slopes

- Top cool down stretches to ensure you can sustain your form throughout your holiday
