We all suffer from stress and anxiety from time to time. When things get on top of you, it's good to know how to help yourself. In this workshop you will learn some of the most effective yoga tools to help you relieve anxiety and stress, and how they link to modern-day research and recommendations. You will be guided through a calming and restorative yoga sequence, combining a slow flow with Yin Yoga, and finish with a grounding relaxation. You will also receive workshop handouts for future reference.
