🌿Restore and Relax Yoga focuses on soft, flowing movements and correlating breathwork to gently, but effectively, encourage flexibility and free-flowing energy to help detoxify and bring balance to both body and mind.

🌿Wellbeing class elements:

* Gentle Warm-up - a series of movements to limber up, encouraging participants to let go and have fun

* Gentle flowing sequence – to help release stuck energy (tension, stress, negative emotions) helping to bring mind and body back into balance

* Gentle Hatha Yoga postures - focussing on specific areas of the body to encourage flexibility and unblock energy on an even deeper level

* Occasional breathwork to aid respiration and help calm the mind

* A Restorative Deep Relaxation - facilitated through a guided meditation

🌿Some of many benefits experienced from the Wellbeing classes:

🌿No previous experience of Yoga is required to attend the classes, just a general level of fitness to participate in standing and mat-based postures (although chairs will be provided as many of the movements can be done seated), a willingness to take part, have fun and experience the restorative effects of the classes.
