Join us for a mix of Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation, Chanting and Guided Relaxation, created with you in mind.
Working the whole of the body in simple asana (postures), as well as focussing on the breath in pranayama. We will introduce some meditation and chanting too.
The class structure is kept the same for the 9 week block, allowing you to deepen your experience of the practices.
The class pace will be steady to allow a deeper individual experience. You will be working hard but there's plenty of chance to rest too.
Yoga for You presents a relaxed class atmosphere where laughing is always allowed and questions are always welcome.
Get fully connected to your body and allow your mind to quieten as you increase strength, flexibility and have fun, with yoga.
No previous yoga experience is necessary and you don't have to be super bendy :-) Everyone works within their own limits, at a pace that works for You.
