Picture yourself practicing yoga with a scenic view in a private area spanning over 100 acres of designated Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's no artificial noise here – just the soothing sounds of nature, birdsong, fluttering butterflies, and perhaps even a glimpse of the resident herd of deer.


Forest Bathing

Take a deep breath, listen to the sounds of the trees, and let yourself be fully present in the moment. Forest bathing, or shinrin yoku, is a wonderful way to improve your overall well-being. Surrounded by nature's beauty, you can let go of the stresses of everyday life


Yoga Tent and Fireplace

Our event is weatherproof, with sheltered areas and a cozy fireplace, all surrounded by wildflowers. We are also in the process of building a fragrant herb garden.


Your Host

Xenia is an experienced yoga teacher with a passion for the great outdoors. She specializes in outdoor yoga, seamlessly blending her love for nature with her teaching. Her playful approach ensures a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.


Outdoor Yoga: Xenia’s classes take full advantage of the natural environment, offering a refreshing and grounding experience that amplifies the benefits of yoga.

Wild Plants and Foraging: Xenia loves sharing her knowledge about the historical significance of wild plants. After completing training in "Introduction to Medicinal Herbalism" at the Heartwood Foundation, she has a solid grasp of herbal medicine principles. Foraging isn’t just a hobby for her; it’s a meaningful way to connect with nature.

Forest School Assistant and Hiking Leader: Xenia is also trained as a forest school assistant and hiking leader. She loves guiding groups through outdoor adventures, ensuring everyone stays safe, learns a lot, and has fun.

Frequently asked questions

What to expect

Duration: About 4-5 hours Meeting Point: 10:00 AM at the entrance of Stonerock Farm. The day will include a walk through nature, yoga and forest bathing and a campfire with some snacks.

How to get there?

Stonerock Farm is only 10 miles (25 min) from Brighton and 35 miles from London. Very easy to reach by car.

What to bring?

You need to pack different things up to the weather. But please remember that the weather can change, and it can be windy! Here is a little tick list! - Minimum one litre of water, - Sun cover, - Any medication that you need, - warm jumper in case it gets cold, - snacks for a pick-nick

What to wear?

You need to dress differently in different weather conditions! Please bring a warm jumper anyway in case it gets windy! - Good shoes with a good grip. - A beany hat for wind and sun. - A warm Jumper! - Waterproof pack-aways (a rain jacket, rain trousers and good shoes if in case it rains)

The yoga class is beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. You need to be fit enough to walk up a moderate slope!

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to7 days in advance for a full refund. For a full refund, you must cancel at 7 days before the start time. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
