Outdoor Yoga
Picture yourself practicing yoga with a scenic view in a private area spanning over 100 acres of designated Outstanding Natural Beauty. There's no artificial noise here – just the soothing sounds of nature, birdsong, fluttering butterflies, and perhaps even a glimpse of the resident herd of deer.
Forest Bathing
Take a deep breath, listen to the sounds of the trees, and let yourself be fully present in the moment. Forest bathing, or shinrin yoku, is a wonderful way to improve your overall well-being. Surrounded by nature's beauty, you can let go of the stresses of everyday life
Yoga Tent and Fireplace
