YOGA HEADSTAND: 3 weeks Course progression into headstand safely

This course is to learn different technique that will help you build strength and stability into your handstand and its variations. Headstand, the queen of all poses: a classic yoga pose known for rejuvenating.
This course is ideal if you never done headstand, you tried but not quite there, maybe you want to take it off the wall, etc.
We will look at all the benefit of the pose on a physical and energetic level and address imbalances to get you to your perfect headstand.
Small group of max 6 people give you the dedicated attention and space to learn at your own speed and level.
