Our open day is an opportunity to try a 30 minute taster class of your choice. Whether you choose something relaxing or something challenging, and you can be sure that all the instructions you need will be included.

🌿 Perhaps you've had a break from yoga?

It happens to the best of us! In fact, sometimes a break from yoga can be a good thing, in that when we get back to the practice, we realise how much we’ve missed it!

If you’ve had a break from yoga, you might like to join one of our beginner classes to refresh your knowledge, or you could join an open level class; you won’t be left behind!

Our open weekend is the perfect opportunity to try out a 30 minute experienced-level taster class. As ever, there’ll be options and modifications so that you can tailor the class to you and how you feel on the day and in the moment, but why not give it a try…!
