Event description
Yoga @ Humber Street Gallery

About this event

Humber Street Gallery’s weekly yoga classes offer a unique setting to practice.

Taking place on our open-air roof terrace with stunning views across the city when the weather permits, or in our gallery spaces among our regularly changing exhibitions at other times - it’s a yoga studio like no other!

Led by experienced teacher Kim Hayman, the vinyasa-style classes take place every Wednesday from 6pm-7pm and are open to all skill levels, from beginners to the more experienced.

Attend weekly sessions on an individual basis or why not buy admission to all 7 classes for the price of 6 with the promo code YOGA21(offer ends 8/9/21).

What to bring

A small number of yoga mats are available at the gallery, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own where possible.

Changing facilities are available on-site, although there are no showers.

What to wear

First and foremost, wear something comfortable that allows you to move, stretch and breathe with ease.

Yoga is usually practiced barefoot, although participants are welcome to wear socks if they prefer.

We would also suggest that you bring a warmer top, such as a sweatshirt or hoodie that you may want to wear during the relaxation section of the class.
