The Fire + Alchemy Wellbeing Collective is extremely excited to announce a collaboration with Yoga in the Dark. You're invited to join our this exciting event on the 31st October at the Hart Shoreditch, a stunning Curio by Hilton hotel.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Start with a skin ritual facial massage with acupressure- puffiness out, glow on, muscles relaxed, and your skin lifted and toned using ancient, holistic techniques. Your face will thank you!
Then, flow into a candle-lit gentle but playful vinyasa yoga + meditation session. We’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and stretch like we actually want to, flowing through moon/sun salutations, standing and seated postures, and ending in a dreamy Savasana with guided meditation. Your mind? Soothed + calm. Your body? Restored.
And the grand finale… sip, chat, repeat! Stick around for a glass or two (we don’t judge) of pro/ nosecco and catch up with friends, old and new.
Leave feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and totally ready to take on the world- or at least the weekend!
WHAT TO EXPECT
- 6:30 – 7:30pm: Facial massage with acupressure by Clare @onlyhumanuk
- 7:45 – 8:45pm: Gentle vinyasa yoga + meditation with Scarlett @westendyogauk
- 8:45pm onwards: Fizz with friends

- Please purchase mindfully as we do not offer refunds or class credits. However, if you can no longer attend and wish to gift your ticket to a loved one, we honour name changes on tickets - please just email us with the name of the new attendee in advance of the event.
- Please note that by signing up to this event, you are confirming you have read, and agree, to our yoga policy and waiver, found here.
- Please kindly ensure you arrive 10 mins before the appointed start time. Unfortunately we are unable to admit those who arrive later than the start time. Upon arrival, please head to reception.
- Contraindications: recent Botox, fillers, or deep chemical peels within the past 4 weeks. This event is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.
