About this event
We're back! Summer is here and you're invited to join us for an hour of yoga among the greenery.
These are open level classes for anyone wanting to practise yoga in a beautiful space.
Monday 8am - 9am
Wednesday 8am - 9am
Angela will be offering Hatha and Vinyasa classes designed to encourage community, collective inspiration, and exploration in body and brain .
Tuesday 7.30am - 8.30am
Thursday 5.30pm - 6.30pm
Emily will be offering a class that incorporates breathwork, philosophy, movement and meditation.
Classes will be held outdoors, in the beautiful green surrounds of the garden. Please bring a mat, warm layers, water and any other props you would like to make you comfortable in class. If you require a chair to aid your practice, please let us know. Classes will go ahead weather permitting – we’ll be in touch on the day if rain forces us to cancel and you will be refunded.
Tickets are priced on a sliding scale, and we encourage those who can, to pay it forward. By paying a little more, you play an integral role in our community, enabling others who are less able to pay to join in.
If you are no longer able to attend, please notify us with 24hrs notice for a refund, and so we can make your spot available for someone else to enjoy.
If you are unable to pay or or you have any questions regarding accessibility, please get in touch with us at burgessfoodproject@gmail.com.

Emily
Yoga for Emily, is a continuous exploration of embodied presence. It's a practice of integration that allows us to remain alive to what is unfolding, moment to moment. By tuning in to this inner wisdom and training our awareness we can more easily live from a place of love and compassion, seeing ourselves as deeply interconnected.
Yoga is for every body, and Emily aspires to make her classes as accessible as possible so that more people can experience this practice, and through it come home to themselves.
