Frequently asked questions

Do I need a mat?

No. The sessions are mainly done standing up so you don't need a mat, but bring one if you prefer

What should I wear?

We are outdoors, so dress for the weather , we recommend layers so you can adjust to suit.

What happens if it rains?

We practise in all weathers unless is it torrential rain. The trees offer fantastic shelter and we adapt the sessions to the season.

Do we need to pay?

No. The sessions are free. Previously we had local funding but are currently running them for free until we can secure a new grant. Any donations to this work are recieved with thanks
