Sunday morning yoga sessions in Shelley Park in Boscombe, every weekend throughout the summer.

About this event

Join us on Sunday mornings throughout the summer for fabulous yoga sessions in the park with Parks in Mind and CYC Community Yoga.

Meet on the lawn in Shelley Park, Chessel Avenue, Boscombe BH5 1FG.

Class starts at 10:00am (please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your place).

Bring a mat, towel or just yourselves and be part of something great!

Classes open to everybody - beginners welcome.

Free event with donations welcome on the day or online through The Parks Foundation charity: https://cafdonate.cafonline.org/9327

All contributions support the ongoing work of Parks in Mind and CYC Community Yoga Collective - making wellbeing accessible and encouraging people to connect with the local natural spaces.

Please do not to attend if unwell or displaying Covid symptoms. Keep your distance from other people during the event. Hand sanitiser will be available, and please feel free to bring your own.
