Monday evening beginners Hatha yoga with Kim in Bute Park

Classes may include asana, meditation, mantra, pranayama

Meeting at stone circle at 5:50pm as class will begin at 6pm.

Please make sure to book so I can prepare appropriately for the class. Classes will be weather dependent so if you’ve booked and the class is cancelled, you’ll get a full refund :)
