Description
The high energy classes aim to give an all body workout, stretching and toning the body whilst calming the mind and leaving you feeling invigorates. Expect to leave the classes with a big (possibly sweaty) smile on your face! My classes are accessible to anyone; it does not matter how flexible you are or whether you can touch your toes, every pose can be adapted.
Please bring your own mat.
