See yoga in a new light and hold a half moon pose at 80 metres high!
The ArcelorMittal Orbit, the UK’s tallest sculpture, is being transformed into an inspiring new yoga studio. On selected Saturday mornings yoga participants will be able to enjoy epic morning views of across 20 miles of London as they practise yoga at heights of 80m.
The mixed-ability class will be led by instructor, Becky Crepsley-Fox - who specialises in vinyasa yoga - and will run from 8:30am to 9:15am. This will be followed by a relaxing 30 minute meditation session
The class is for those who would like to practise their yoga in a new and unique environment. For newcomers to yoga or those who do not practise regularly, positions will include downward-facing dog, child’s pose, tree, triangle and warrior I.
