Get fit for free this summer with yoga sessions every Tuesday morning from 10-11am throughout June, July, August and September, in Norfolk Square Gardens, Paddington.

PaddingtonNow BID has partnered with Live Karma Yoga to provide free Yoga to anyone who would like to join.

Classes are open and accessible to individuals of all abilities and walks of life, with an emphasis on highlighting wellbeing and strengthening the community through practice.

Simply turn up or book your spot through the link above.

• Yoga mats will be provided on a first come first served basis, you may like to bring a thin mat or towel to cover the ones provide.
• Please wear comfy clothing and come with an open mind.
• Attendees will be asked to sign a health and safety disclaimer at the beginning of the class.
