Description

The Spirit Retreat is a unique country get-away for inner revolution and evolution! 

Our Yoga, Meditation & Well-Being retreats take place in the midst of unspoilt countryside in the south of France. Here, you can enjoy unrivaled peace, seclusion and breathtaking views of the Averyon and its abundant wildlife, as well as explore the sights and enjoy the endless sports and activities on offer.

All-Inclusive
Included in the price of your 5-night Yoga & Meditation Retreat:


  • Airport tranfers to and from Toulouse

  • Shared bell-tent accommodation (see below)

  • Full board (3 Organic meals a day)

Bell-Tent Glamping

Each of our luxury 6m Bell-Tents sleep 6 people. They come fully-furnished and with everything you need for ceremonies or classes, including:

A Typical Day with Maeva
06:30 - 07:00 Pranayama.
Breathing exercise to regulate your body and be in touch with your inner self

07:00 - 08:30 Ashtanga Yoga.
Breathing moving system. With each breath begins a movement and soon you will be in a dynamic meditation. Furthermore, this practice will bring you flexibility and strength.


11:00 - 12:00 Mantras, Yoga Philosophy & History.
Explore a deeper level a pose, mantra and meditation.

16:30 - 18:00 Ashtanga Yoga.
“Find your balance”, “Be grounded”, “Release your back”, “Open your hips”, “Change your perspective". This workshop will help you to evolve in your Ashtanga practice and more!


20:30 - 21:30 Gentle Yoga, Meditation & Kirtan.
For a better sleep. Kirtan is singing mantras in a question/answer style.
