We invite you to a calming and restorative morning of yoga, mindfulness, and journaling to honour the upcoming Autumn Equinox — a time of balance, reflection, and gentle transition. Together, we bring our shared passion for wellbeing: one of us as a psychologist, the other as a trained yoga teacher. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice to waken the body and help you arrive fully in the moment, followed by a guided mindfulness-based journaling session to support emotional clarity, inner balance, and intentional reflection. As the seasons shift, this is a beautiful opportunity to pause, reset, and realign with yourself. We’d love for you to join us on Saturday 6th September at the gorgeous Studio East in Crewe.

Francesca - "I've been practicing yoga for 16 years, before deciding to do my teacher training in 2019. Yoga is one of few things in life that actually lets my brain and body relax, it’s given me an appreciation of quietness, stillness, meditation and the sweetness of being in the present moment. Yoga has become my ritual to show myself commitment and discipline without punishing my body. Learning about yoga philosophy helped to validate & deepen my own belief system when I was still trying to figure out who I was, and what I believed in. I love to share the practice of yoga as I really believe in the positive impact it can have on the mind, body & soul!"
Becca - "I’m a practitioner psychologist with 11 years of experience supporting people with their difficulties and differences . Amongst other therapeutic approaches I use mindfulness to help people feel more connected to themselves and the world around them. With a deep respect for the mind-body connection, I bring a gentle, down-to-earth approach to exploring how mindfulness can support emotional wellbeing, reduce stress, and deepen your inner calm. I often incorporate journalling as a simple but powerful tool for self-reflection."
