The class builds and unfolds enabling you to gradually build strength and a sense of mindfulness, exploring a range of flowing and static Hatha postures, followed by a deep nourishing Yoga Nidra relaxation which is proven to help relieve stress levels, build focus and promote healthy sleep patterns.
