Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique.
Join this online session with Angie Chalmers and then lie back, you can have your camera off, and listen to Angie as she guides you into a deep state of relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is great to do just before bed as it really helps to relax you, on a mind, body and cellular level. Let all of your tension, worry and stress go, and surrender to the heavenly powers of Yoga Nidra.
Class Duration: 1 hour
What do you need? Nothing, just be in loose comfortable clothing, you can turn up in your pjs as this class is online.
What else do I need to know? You do not have to appear on camera, just log on with your camera and audio off, and lie back and be guided.
If you fall asleep it doesn’t matter. Your subconscious mind absorbs all it needs to. And you’ll enjoy the best nights sleep ever. 😊❤️
