Yoga Nidra is Yoga, maybe just not as you know.
Yoga Nidra translates to 'Yogic Sleep' . A guided practice to bring a deep sense of rest. Inviting in relaxation of the body & mind, by releasing all tensions & journeying inward. We will tap into the subconscious mind, remaining present but connected to the dream like brainwaves (it is said one hour of Yoga Nidra is worth four of our usual dreamlike sleep!)
