About this event
As summer fades and the Autumn Equinox approaches, nature invites us to pause, reset, and realign. This is a time of balance—where day and night are equal, and we are called to honour both light and shadow.
Join Dionne and Izabela for an immersive Yoga Nidra Soundscape designed to nurture your inner flame, regenerate your energy, and prepare you for the quieter months ahead. Rather than pushing outward with the fiery energy of summer, we invite you to journey inward—finding stillness, balance, and gentle renewal.
This deeply restorative practice combines:
- Yoga Nidra – a guided, meditative practice that brings profound rest to the body and clarity to the mind.
- Soundscape – healing tones and vibrations to support deep relaxation, release tension, and reconnect you with your inner self.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, centred, and ready to embrace autumn’s steady rhythm with strength and resilience.
In this session, you will:
- Release stress and tension accumulated over the busy summer months
- Reconnect with your inner light and balance the duality of light and dark
- Regenerate your energy and align body and mind with your intentions for the season
- Experience deep relaxation through sound and guided visualisation
Who this is forPerfect for anyone seeking deep rest, mental clarity, and seasonal alignment.
Considering Contraindications,Yoga Nidra is not for people who have a mental health disorder that causes them to dissociate.
How to Prepare – Create Your Nest
To experience the full bliss of Yoga Nidra, please bring:
- 2–3 mats (yoga, Pilates, or self-inflating/Thai cushion mats)
- 3 cushions or pillows
- 2–3 blankets
- A bottle of water and warm, comfortable clothing (layers recommended)
If you are pregnant (please note that Yoga Nidra is not recommended during the first trimester) or if you have a bad back or chronic pain, you will need extra padded support. Please bring at least 4 cushions or pillows, along with a padded or inflatable mat. If you don’t have one, bring 2–3 mats to lie on for comfort.
The more comfortable we can make our nest for this lucid dreaming experience, the better the journey to our subconscious.
