I really hope you can join us for this evening of gentle movement, meditation and relaxation. This will be a restorative session, working through the whole body, bringing you energy for the weekend ahead.
We will start with some yoga postures that help release the whole physical body. Whilst you work there will be awareness and connection to your breathing rhythum. We will use a pranayama practice that is suitable for everyone and easy to learn if you are not a regular yoga goer! We will have a full yoga nidra session - deep relaxation and will complete the evening with some simple chanting.
The whole class is suitable for anyone with 6 months or more yoga practice.
