Join us for a lively morning of yoga and nutrition where we will explore the complex relationship between the gut and brain and demonstrate how simple changes to your diet and daily exercise can have a positive impact on both your gut and your mental wellbeing.

Brought to you by Natasha Head, Registered Nutritional Therapist, member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) & Chloe Leighton, 200 hr yoga teacher & founder of You Go | Do Yoga this 4-hour workshop will give you practical advice on how to make simple changes to your daily routine in order to improve your digestive health & mental wellbeing, helping you to feel more balanced, focussed, energised & peaceful as you go about your busy life.
