What do I need?

Somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed. Wear comfy clothes you can move easily in. If you have a yoga mat, great, or carpeted surface is just as good. Bring some blankets & cushions so you can get really comfy in the restorative poses & meditation.

I'm not flexible, can I do yoga?

Yes! you don't have to be flexiblw to do yoga, yoga will help improve your flexibility & mobilty.

How do I join the class?

You will be sent the zoom link with your confirmation email. A few minutes ahead of the class click on the link, using your phone, laptop or desktop. You will be able to join via your browser or if you download the Zoom app.

My mind's too busy to meditate can I still join the class?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! The goal of meditation is not to stop your mind thinking thoughts. It's what your mind does, the goal is to stop these thoughts from controlling you by becoming aware of them. The meditations are guided which helps your mind to focus.

Can I join without turning on my camera?

Yes of course, whatever you are most comfortable with.
