Join us for this FREE online Yoga class to improve your flexibility, build strength and reduce stress! Classes are beginner friendly

About this event

Classes are only open to staff and volunteers of third sector organisations offering services in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

There are many physical and mental health benefits of practicing Yoga. Studies show that it improves strength and flexibility, fosters inner calmness as well as contributes to better mental health.

In this session you will be introduced to Hatha Yoga that focuses on controlled poses (asanas), guided breathing and meditation. With regular Yoga practice, you should observe a strengthening of your focus and attention, a calmer mind and increased efficiency and productivity.

Patricia Galavis is a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT500) by the Yoga Alliance and a Zen Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher certified by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).

Once signed up to this event we will send you a Zoom invitation in due course. Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your convenience before the day of the event.
