This intimate four-hour ritual invites you to slow down, reconnect, and restore.
Begin with a gentle slow flow yoga session, designed to soften the body and quiet the mind. Guided movement and breathwork ease you into presence, preparing you for the evening ahead.
After yoga, gather in the Spa Deli for seasonal canapés ... light, nourishing bites that awaken the senses and ground the body.
Then, enter the Brimstone Spa, a space usually reserved for residents. Here, you’ll embark on a thermal spa journey, moving through heat, steam, and stillness. Let the warmth melt tension and the quiet soothe your thoughts.
To close, float effortlessly in the indoor pool during a healing sound bath. Surrounded by gentle vibrations and resonant tones, your body is held in water while sound waves ripple through you. This immersive experience invites deep rest, emotional release, and energetic balance.
For those who wish to extend the evening, an optional three-course dinner is available to complete your journey.

Floating Sound Bath
Sound baths may not be suitable for everyone. Please consult a healthcare professional before attending if you:

- Are recovering from surgery or medical procedures
