Yoga and Sound Circle

Come join us to connect, share, and re-centre in a rejuvenating experience at the yoga, meditation and sound event. Hosted at the Tara Yoga Centre, this in-person gathering will immerse you in a blend of yoga practices and soothing sound therapy to align mind, body and heart. Let go of stress, find inner peace, and connect with like-minded individuals in a welcoming environment. No experience necessary, just bring your open heart. See you there!

About us:

Leona has qualified as a Sound Healer from Triyoga (Camden) and got fascinated with the power of the vibrations in clearing old, stagnant energy to make space for new beginnings.

Radhika has completed a 200hour yoga teacher training at Sangye Yoga School, London. During the day she works as a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist for the NHS, and believes in cultivating compassion and creating harmony and balance between our body, heart and mind. She is also a regular meditator.

What will we be doing for 2hours?

Please arrive 10minutes before the event starts, so by 10.50am to set up your mats and relax into the space.

We will start our circle with a grounding meditation, updates on astrologlocal events, followed by setting an intention in the sharing circle. We’ll continue the journey inwards by tuning into our breath, grounding ourselves in our body, and focusing in the present moment through hatha yoga, before lying down for the sound healing journey to deepen this connection. There will be time for oracle cards and one more sharing circle before closing.

These circles are for adults who identify as male or female.

Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring a notebook, pen and a blanket to use during the sound healing.
