Yoga & Sound Workshop

Join us for a relaxing yoga and sound bath session. We’ll begin with gentle movement to prepare the body for stillness, followed by a guided meditation and crystal singing bowl sound bath aligned to the chakras.

Body temperatures can drop in a healing state so please wear layers. Participants are welcome to bring their own mat, pillow, eye mask and blanket for added comfort during relaxation activities, as these items will not be supplied.

These sessions are not recommended if you:

• Have a pacemaker/metal in major organs

• Are sensitive to sound (some hearing aids may need adjusting)

• Have PTSD, epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Are currently pregnant

This session is for ages 18+ only.

Please aim to arrive early. Unfortunately, late arrivals may not be able to join the session once it is underway.

Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.

Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability. Your contribution enables us to continue providing a diverse range of wellbeing activities for the community - thank you for making this possible!

Priority is given to Rushcliffe residents. Participants from outside the area are welcome, however, an additional charge may apply. If you are a non-Rushcliffe resident and wish to attend, please get in touch at nnicb-nn.rushcliffesocialprescribing@nhs.net for further details.
