YOGA & SOUP is back for another nourishing evening of practice and food. We will start with a 75min slow flow practice which is suitable for all abilities. This will be followed by a short meditation and we will end by sharing a heart warming soup. April's focus will be on developing love equanimously. How to approach our friends, strangers and even our enemies with a balanced and loving mind.
Mats are available but we suggests to bring your own in case we run low.
