YOGA & SOUP is back for another nourishing evening of practice and food. We will start with a 75min slow flow practice which is suitable for all abilities. This will be followed by a 20-30min meditation and we will end by sharing a heart warming soup. This May will see a focus on how to acheive a connection to our true power and how, through the process of self awareness we draw ourselves closer to mastering our patterns and habits of behaviour to be fuller and more powerful beings.
Mats are available but we suggests to bring your own in case we run low.
