Yoga | Student Sessions
Overview
Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and reflection inspired by The Children are Now, the current exhibition at Talbot Rice Gallery.
This yoga session invites University of Edinburgh students to explore themes of play, presence, and imagination reflected in the exhibition’s artworks. Through mindful movement and breathwork, participants will be encouraged to rediscover curiosity and connection.
We are lucky to have Sonny, a warm and upbeat yoga teacher who is passionate about helping her students feel welcome in the space and at home in their bodies. She prioritises the seamless integration of breath and movement, helping to ground you as you feel the strength and softness of your yoga practice.
What to Bring
Please note that yoga mats will not be provided on this occasion, participants must bring their own. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Admission is free, but spaces are limited and booking is essential. If you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your ticket to allow someone else to take your place.
Open to University of Edinburgh students only.
