Description

This yoga therapy programme for improved mental health is a 6 out of 12 week training programme looking at basic but effective techniques that can be used for people suffering from Anxiety, Depression or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

The sessions will run every Tuesday from 06/6/17 - 11/7/17 from 4 - 5 pm. Please book all the 6 dates as each session follows on from the next, so that you can get the most out of the course, otherwise you will miss sections.

On completion you will be able to use these techniques: body awareness, sensory and breath control, together with yoga postures for use in any situation.

Science is constantly bringing up more amazing proven evidence for this ever growing area of health and wellbeing.

You will be surprised by the simplicity and benefits you will gain from this programme not just for now but for life.

So please join me on this next part of your journey to positve mental health.

Dress Code - Just casual comfortable clothing, a bottle of water if you need, a yoga mat if you have one + a blanket if you want one, as we will be relaxing at the end of some sessions.
