Yoga Therapy Programme for Improved Mental Health

This yoga therapy programme for improved mental health is a 6 out of 12 week programme looking at basic but effective techniques that can be used for people suffering from Anxiety, Depression or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The sessions run every Tuesday from 18/4/17 - 23/5/17 from 4 - 5 pm. Please book all 6 dates to get the most out of the course, otherwise you will miss sections.
On completion you will be able to use these body awareness, sensory and breath techniques with yoga postures for use in any situiation.
Science is constantly bringing up more and more exciting proven evidence for this ever growing area of health and wellbeing.
You will be amazed by the simplicity and benefits you gain from this programme not just for now but for life.

Dress Code - Just casual comfortable clothing, a bottle of water if you need, a yoga mat if you have one + a blanket if you want one, as we will be relaxing at the end of some sessions and this will keep you comfy :).
