Surrender yourself to your mat and spend an afternoon with me discovering how yoga can help your body. We will work through a series of different postures designed to help with each part of the body and its aches and pains. Day 1 is the upper body including Head and neck, shoulders and upper back, hands and wrists, digestion and IBS. Day 2 will be lower back, hips and pelvis, knees, feet and ankles. There is a break to enjoy a catch up, ask questions and of course...eat cake! Each day can be attended seperately or come to both days for a compete body overhaul.
