This course is for anyone who is interested in improving their overall flexibility and general well-being.
You will learn and practice basic Yoga movements and breathing exercises and learn how to learn how to use the discipline of Yoga to help you relax and de-stress.
You will be assessed through observation or practical activities.
This is a non-accredited course but on full completion you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
Course duration: Monday 10.00am - 12.00pm (10 weeks)
Course Fee: £100.00
