Develop your practise with these weekly vinyasa flow classes where you can join a welcoming yoga community, learn core yoga poses, different flows & improve your fitness, well-being & overall health.
Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way' and the vinyasa flow style of yoga is 'breath synchronised movement', meaning each posture is linked to the next through breath and movement.
Sessions will vary in pace from slower to more dynamic flows, allowing one to build their strength, fitness, flexibility & knowledge of the yoga flows, whilst learning core yoga poses & how to move into more challenging one's & their benefits, in order to develop their practise.
Classes will also include pranayama/ breathing techniques to calm and quieten the mind, & teach you how to prepare for yogic practise and meditation.
Adjustments, advice & feedback will be provided. Yoga mats are provided at class & included in the price.
The 10 class pass will entitle you to come along to any class of your choosing, so don't worry if you can't make a week - you can pick it up the following week & join in again, same time, same place, each week! Classes start 1 May.
This class is good for those who want to develop a practise & make yoga a regular part of their health/ well-being routine. It is taught in a professional, welcoming studio environment, with air con/ heating/ mirrors & mats.
The 10 class pass is £65, plus you get 11th class free (making it just £5.90 per class). There are limited places per class due to size of the room, so get yours today to guarantee your place.
