11am - 2pm: Guided Mindfulness walk
Led by psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher and Walk Leader (Lowland Leader) with over 20 years’ experience in the Wellbeing Sector. She will teach you how to slow down, relax and re-connect with nature, yourself and others.
This is a slow, peaceful walk in the beautiful North Wales countryside. The pace will be gentle and steady, with regular stops for standing or seated meditations. We will not cover a great distance.
It is a beautiful way to unwind, calm the mind and connect with nature. By focussing on the sensations in the body as you walk, the connection between your mind and body are strengthened. Building the skill of mindfulness will help you to help you live in the present, which is so beneficial to your health. It reduces stress, anxiety and depression, boosts cognitive abilities, lowers blood pressure, improves sleep.
All timings are subject to change and your instructor may change in case of emergencies. You would be notified of any changes at the earliest opportunity.
